وکلاپرس- براساس اعلام مدیر کل امور شانگهای و بریکس وزارت امور خارجه، دهمین اجلاس قضائی کانون وکلای بریکس در تاریخ ۲۴ و ۲۵ اکتبر ۲۰۲۵ برابر با ۲ و ۳ آبان ۱۴۰۴ در هتل هیلتون ریودوژانیرو کشور برزیل برگزار خواهد شد.
به گزارش وکلاپرس، براساس اعلام مدیر کل امور شانگهای و بریکس وزارت امور خارجه، دهمین اجلاس قضائی کانون وکلای بریکس در تاریخ ۲۴ و ۲۵ اکتبر ۲۰۲۵ برابر با ۲ و ۳ آبان ۱۴۰۴ در هتل هیلتون ریودوژانیرو کشور برزیل برگزار خواهد شد.
براساس برنامه این نشست، روز نخست به موضوعات همکاری حقوقی کشورهای جنوب جهان و سرمایهگذاریهای خارجی، مشارکتهای بریکس برای توسعه اقتصادی و بازارهای مالی، مشارکتهای بریکس برای توسعه اجتماعی و حقوق بشر، قانون کار و حمایت اجتماعی، حل اختلاف و رویههای شرکتی، تحلیل روشها و سازوکارهای حل اختلاف، از جمله داوری و میانجیگری در میان کشورهای جنوب جهان پرداخته خواهد شد.
روز دوم نیز به موضوعات کشورهای عضو بریکس و توسعه پایدار، حکومت فراگیر، فناوری و دسترسی به عدالت، اصلاح سیستمهای قضایی، نوآوری و مالکیت معنوی در کشورهای عضو بریکس، همکاری در مالکیت معنوی و نوآوری. ابزارهای قانونی برای ادغام اقتصادی و هماهنگسازی سیستمهای حقوقی برای تسهیل همکاری پرداخته خواهد شد.

- ۱۰:۳۰ AM-11:30 AM: Panel 1: Global South Legal Cooperation and Foreign Investments Legal frameworks for Global South cooperation and legal instruments for strategic partnerships. Legal regulation of foreign investments and the protection of investors’ rights.
- ۱۱:۳۰ AM-1:00 PM: Panel 2: BRICS Partnerships for Economic Development and Financial Markets International commercial law and business facilitation. Regulatory frameworks for investments among BRICS countries, including M&A and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). Discussion on financial markets in BRICS countries.

- ۲:۳۰ PM-4:00 PM: Panel 3: BRICS Partnerships for Social Development and Human Rights Labor law and social protection in BRICS countries. Regulatory frameworks for social inclusion and reduction of inequalities. Legal cooperation in human and social rights, and legal instruments for migration and labor mobility.

- ۴:۳۰ PM-6:00 PM: Panel 4: Dispute Resolution and Corporate Practices Analysis of conflict resolution methods and mechanisms, including arbitration and mediation among Global South countries. Discussion on best practices in corporate governance and legal compliance.

- ۱۱:۰۰ AM-12:30 PM: Panel 6: Inclusive Governance, Technology, and Access to Justice Reform of justice systems for greater inclusion. Technology and access to justice in BRICS countries. Transparency and accountability in the legal system, and citizen participation and participatory democracy.

- ۲:۰۰ PM-3:30 PM: Panel 7: Innovation and Intellectual Property in BRICS Cooperation in intellectual property and innovation. Legal instruments for economic integration and harmonization of legal systems to facilitate cooperation.

- ۴:۰۰ PM-5:30 PM: Parallel Meeting of BRICS Leaders for Declaration Finalization This meeting will occur simultaneously with the panels, in a separate room, and will be exclusively dedicated to the heads of delegations for the final review of the forum’s declaration.
- ۴:۰۰ PM 5:30 PM: Concurrent Panel (in another room) / Closing Session for Other Participants Considering the parallel meeting, an additional panel with relevant themes or a closing session with open discussions may be organized for the other forum participants.
- ۵:۳۰ PM-6:00 PM: Closing Ceremony and Next Steps Closing ceremony and summary of the main conclusions of the forum, reading of the declaration, acknowledgements, and announcement of future initiatives.
